The International Institute of Management Science hosted a webinar on “How to face Interviews & Professionalism” to help students to improve their self-confidence, communication & interpersonal skills. Our guest speaker Mr. Partho Chatterjee, VP-HR, Blamer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. Spoke on the right perception of a professional life to our appreciative students.
[Mr. Partho Chatterjee, VP-HR, Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. deliberated online on 9th August, 2021 on : “How to be Successful in interviews and have the Right perception of a Professional Life”.]
Mr. Chatterjee advised the participant Students to on how to present oneself in an interview and how to reflect one's genuineness during an interview. He stressed on the importance of Body language and knowledge base of the candidate. The Session was interactive with many questions coming from the students and he addressed these questions in a comprehensive manner. The session lasted for about 2 hours.
