Besides, teaching, the faculty member is actively involved in playing the roles as a mentor and a counsellor in the lives of each student, thereby creating an environment of active learning which enhances their personal and intellectual growth.

The Training methodology at IIMS is designed to consistently involve the students in the real life situations, helping them to understand the corporate languages & Management Jargons, in a much better way overcoming their innate barrier of vernacular languages! The highly interactive mode of teaching followed at IIMS ensures regular participation of students in actual operation and management through judicious blend of lectures, case studies, role plays, group discussions, brain-storming on situation, and also, allowing the students to handle multiple pressures at corporate and through active participations in seminars and workshops and On-Field Industrial Visits.

We do organize Corporate Visits, alongside, Industry & Manufacturing Units Visits and Interactions with the corporate honchos to stay updated with the industry as part of our Management Pedagogy.
